FSK Group of Companies announced the start of sales of premises in the future co-living space, which will be opened on the basis of the Zoom Chernaya Rechka apartment complex under construction near the metro station of the same name in St. Petersburg. The facility is planned to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2025.
As reported by the FSK press service, the co-living space for 94 rooms with common areas and spaces for residents will occupy the entire second floor of the complex, while a separate entrance will be organized for its guests. The areas of the lots vary from 12 to 29 sq. m. The units will cost from 2.52 million to 5.85 million rubles.
The overall concept of co-living was developed by the French studio Cutwork, and the design of the shared areas and rooms was created by the Moscow studio ADM.
"Our goal is to create a unique co-living for Russia, which will set new standards for this format. The area of the common spaces of the co-living will be more than 800 sq. m, which is more than half of the area of the apartments themselves - 1.5 thousand sq. m," said Kirill Krutikov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of FSK Group in St. Petersburg.
Earlier, "Щ-SPb" wrote that FSK plans to build housing on 30 hectares in the southern part of St. Petersburg. The cost of the site for the construction of 128 thousand square meters of housing is estimated at 2.6 billion rubles. The deal will allow the developer to diversify its portfolio in the region, which is based on apartments.
